How to log in to Qiwa with Nafath

Since 2024, Qiwa requires Nafath verification for login. Here is the process:

Step 1: Go to Qiwa

Visit qiwa.sa and click “Login”

Step 2: Enter your Iqama number

Type your Iqama number in the login field

Step 3: Nafath challenge

• Open the Nafath app on your phone
• You will see a number challenge (e.g., “Select the number 5”)
• Tap the correct number in the Nafath app
• The Qiwa page will automatically verify

Step 4: Access your account

Once Nafath verifies, you are logged in and can access all Qiwa services.

How to log in WITHOUT Nafath

If you cannot access Nafath (phone issues, app problems):

Option 1: Use the Qiwa mobile app

• Download the Qiwa app from App Store or Google Play
• Login with your Iqama number

• Your employer’s PRO can access your contract details through the employer portal
