What is a Final Exit Visa?

A Final Exit Visa (also called “OutPass”) allows expatriates to leave Saudi Arabia permanently. Once stamped on your passport, you cannot return on the same visa — you must exit within 60 days.

4-Step Process to Get Final Exit Visa

  2. Apply via Absher — Sponsor/Kafeel applies through Absher Muqeem
  3. Istimara Removed — Sponsor cancels your vehicle (if any)
  4. Passport Stamping — Visit airport with passport to get exit stamp

Must-have before application:

  • No traffic violations or pending fines
  • All financial dues settled (bank loans, personal debts)
  • No vehicles registered under your name (Istimara cancelled)
  • Passport validity ≥ 60 days
  • You must be inside Saudi Arabia during application
  • No unused dependent visas under your sponsorship

New (2026): Your Iqama must have at least 30 days validity left.
