GAMCA (GCC Approved Medical Centers Association) OR GCCHMC (GCC Approved Medical Centers Association) medical tests are mandatory for those wishing to enter GCC countries on a work visa from countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and the Philippines.
It is mandated by Gulf countries as a preventative measure against foreign diseases and as a means of increasing productivity for expats working in their countries. The minimum age to take GAMCA medical test is 22 Years.

Check Medical Status
Select an Option:
By Passport Number and Nationality or By GCC Slip Number
If you select the first option, enter your Passport Number.
Select your Nationality.
Then enter the image code and click on “Generate.” -
Print Wafid Medical Status – FIT ✅
On the next page, you will be able to view your GCC medical test result. Your medical report status will show “FIT” after passing the GCC medical test.
GAMCA medical report is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. -
Wafid Medical Test StatusUNFIT
The GAMCA Medical Status will report UNFIT Status in case if you’re diagnosed with Infectious diseases such as HIV reactive, AIDS reactive, Tuberculosis, HCV reactive, Leprosy, Microfilaria positive, Pulmonary scar, VDRL reactive, TPHA reactive or Non Infectious diseases such as Diabetes mellitus, Congestive heart failure, Chronic renal failure, psychiatric diseases, Physical disabilities, Hypertension, Any form of cancer and Neurological disorders.
One of the most Common causes of GAMCA Medical failure is Scars on Chest shown in X-Rays. If you suspect yourself of having such Scars on your chest, Best is to conduct tests at the same lab before GAMCA tests.
You may also be declared UNFIT if there’s an existing Pregnancy and you try for a Work Visa -
Wafid Medical Retest (IfUNFIT)
If you’re declaredUNFIT in Wafid Medical report, GAMCA doesn’t allow to retest until at-least a period of 3-6 Months. You can only rebook an appointment 3-6 months after the Initial Test.
⚠ Do not in any case try to forge the medical report as it will lead to hefty fines and penalties.
