Visit the MOFA Website
Open your browser, preferably on a computer, and visit https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/

Change Website Language
Change the website language to English by click on the E Symbol at the top left of the screen

Fill Visa Application query form
Enter your Visa Application number and Iqama ID number. Click on Search

Visa Application Status – In Process
The status of your visa application will be displayed on the screen. If the visa application is in process, the above screen will be shown OR There will be a message لطلب تحت الاجراء (In Process)

Visa Application Status – Rejected
If the visa is rejected, the above message will be displayed. The ministry apologizes for the requested demand. Some reasons for Visa rejection may include incorrectly filled data, Applying for family relations that are not allowed by default, Due to Hajj Season, Insufficient Iqama Validity and Incorrect Chamber of Commerce. In case of rejection, The Visa application process is to be repeated.

Visa Application Status – Approved
If the visa has been issued, you will see Visa details including Visa Number, Applicant Details, Passport Number, and Visa Duration.
