“Muroor” refers to the General Directorate of Traffic (GDT) in Saudi Arabia. It is Saudi Arabia’s Traffic Police Department.

✅ Requirements Before Booking a Muroor Appointment

Before you begin, make sure:

• You have an active Absher account
• Your Iqama is valid
• You know the service you need to book for (e.g., license renewal, registration, etc.)

📝 Step by Step guide to Muroor Appointment Booking

Step 1: Log into Absher

1. Go to the Absher platform
2. Choose “Individuals” (الأفراد)
3. Log in using your username/Iqama number and password
4. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number

Step 2: Access the Appointment Section

1. From the Dashboard, scroll down and click “Appointments” (المواعيد)
2. Select “Traffic” (المرور)

Step 3: Book a New Appointment

1. Select the service type you want (e.g., “Renew Driving License,” “Replace Damaged Plate,” etc.)
2. Choose your region (e.g., Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam)
3. Click Next

Step 4: Select Branch

You will be shown a list of available branches—choose the one nearest to you

Step 5: Fill in Details

Depending upon service you select, you will have to Enter the required information and upload the relevant documents

Step 6: Select Appointment Date and Time

Select your preferred appointment date and time

Step 7: Confirm Your Appointment

1. Review all your details
2. Click “Confirm”
3. Download or print the appointment ticket

📄 Make sure to take this appointment (either printed or as a screenshot) when you visit the Muroor office.

📍 Important Tips

• Arrive at the Muroor office at least 10-15 minutes early
• Carry all required documents (e.g., original Iqama, old license/registration, vehicle papers, etc.)
• Some services require medical reports or insurance, especially for driving license renewals
• Without an appointment, you will not be allowed entry

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment from the same “Traffic Appointment” section in Absher. Just click on the existing appointment and choose the appropriate option.
