📢 Conditions to Buy a Land in Saudi Arabia
Indian Residents in Saudi Arabia can own sole property in Saudi Arabia if the following conditions are met
1- The resident must possess Valid Iqamah.
2- The resident must provide all information about the property along with a copy of the title deed.
3- He or she should have only one property in the Kingdom.
4- The property may be land, or a building located in a residential area. In case of a land, the land area shall not exceed 3,000 m2.
6- The Property shall not be in Makkah and Madinah
7- There must be no violations logged against the applicant.
8- The property can only be purchased with the intention of using it as a private residence.

🏦 Documents required to rent a property in Saudi Arabia
The applicants are required to submit the following documents to request for ownership of the property
1- Ownership deed (official written document declaring a person’s legal ownership of a property)
2- Construction clearance – If the Property type is not a Land
3- Sale contract (certified by one of the official real estate offices)
